You offer visionary technology leadership to advance business transformation within BELFOR's Salesforce ecosystem. You are always developing end-to-end solutions, from analysis to market launch, in close coordination with BELFOR's strategic objectives. You ensure the quality of the solutions through code reviews, preparatory build and deployment activities and provide recommendations on technological improvements. You’ll have a comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture and configuration guidelines to ensure traceability and wartability. You manage the technical implementation via Azure DevOps to optimize Salesforce for a single European and APAC template strategy. You consistently use agile methods and use Salesforce's advanced platform functions for innovative solutions.
Completion in computer science or a related area that provides a solid foundation in technology applications. Practical salesforce experience with sound knowledge about integration, platform technologies and their limitations. Comprehensive expertise in Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Experience Cloud, including CI/CD, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex. Detectional experience with complex integration architectures using middleware such as Boomi or MuleSoft. Knowledge of agile methods and the ability to understand complex salesforce concepts. Strong interpersonal skills and team skills as well as excellent communication skills in German and English.
