In the Business Intelligence Center of Excellence, you take on the role of the central contact person for all key stakeholders (in particular in the field of controlling) at national and international level on group-wide topics relating to digital and data-based business planning and control You are responsible for the strategic and operational design as well as the targeted orientation of the end-to-end process “Plan-to-Steer” taking into account innovative methods and the latest (BI) technologies (focus: BI system and platform solutions, reporting and dashboards, data models and KPIs, advanced analytics, self-service) You overcome challenges by combining your business expertise with technical know-how to advance the implementation and integration of business intelligence solutions in the end-to-end process “Plan-to-Steer” You take over the requirement and integration management. In doing so, you define standards and guidelines and ensure that You are implemented and adhered to You are an active part of the Group-wide business intelligence transformation program and support rollouts within our organization to ensure seamless business and technical integration You train key users and document processes to promote a culture of continuous improvement and data competence in the team

Qualification: Complete study of computer science, economic information technology or comparable qualification Experience: You have several years of professional experience in project management in a leading role, ideally in an industrial group or in a consulting environment, and bring expertise in stakeholder and in request and integration management. You have profound knowledge in building and managing business processes and feel safe in business intelligence Personality: Thanks to your excellent communication and presentation capabilities at all levels of the company, you are confident in an international environment. An agile mindset, exceptional commitment, excellent analytical skills as well as a targeted and independent way of working out Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
