You act as Master Key User and Internal Expert (m/w/d) for our Salesforce CRM You are responsible for consulting and empowering users as well as the role and authorization management You develop our editorial and campaign plan and implement email and CRM campaigns independently – incl. Performance tracking and optimization You help the marketing team efficiently process and develop leads along the customer journey You design and optimize lead-nurturing streams and combine across-the-range teams to increase lead quality and conversion rates You derive clear insights and recommendations from campaign data You plan and implement creative gamification solutions (via Brame), analyze their effectiveness and assist your colleagues You actively participate in central projects and control projects of the department independently (e.g. regular market research) You work closely with specialist departments, business areas, IT, Legal our central marketing units and external service providers and are an important interface in the organization

Successfully completed studies (marketing, business management, IT) or comparable qualification 3- 5 years of professional experience in the field of CRM, marketing automation and data-driven marketing (B2B) – TIC Industry is an advantage Very good knowledge of Salesforce (CRM & Marketing) and ideally first experience with CDPs as well as in data analysis, segmentation and derivation of insights High-communication, analytical, structured, solution-oriented and team-ready Routinized handling in M365 (including Excel / PowerPoint / Teams) and Jira and Confluence German and English at a safe level in word and writing
