Are you a technology affinity, strong communication and keep an overview in complex projects? Then you are right with us! As a project coordinator Logistics Engineering (LE) (m/w/d), you are the link between design, logistics department, project team and customer representation. You are responsible for demonstrating the reliability and availability of our naval ships, as well as the performance of logistic system analyses, ensuring that our naval ships are ready for use and are economically built and operated. Your tasks - versatile and forward-looking: You control task packages for creating logistical delivery services to the department, monitor appointments, costs and quality and report regularly to the project and the department. This also includes the supervision and supervision of external partners in the creation of delivery services in your area of responsibility. The services provided include logistic concepts, RAM reports, LSA reports, LCC reports and finally illustrated spare parts catalogues. You coordinate the interfaces in the project and, for example, work towards risk, claim and change management. In case of discrepancies, you will independently develop proposals for solutions and conduct technical coordination with the customer representation.

Complete technical studies, e.g. (engineering, electrical engineering, economic engineer and shipbuilding) Multiannual professional experience in the maritime sector, preferably in the handling of major projects of the German contracting authority Expert knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) subareas desirable (in particular: S3000L, MIL-STD-1388, S2000M) Technical knowledge of naval vessels desirable Very good communication skills in German and English Negotiating skills and structured working methods Willingness to travel between Hamburg and Bremen (approx. 20%)
