Preparation and moderation of the compliance analysis of stakeholder requirements (import, categorisation, distribution, consolidation, documentation) Analysis of the problem area (system context, use cases, system interfaces & requirements for the system) in cooperation with the systems engineers and domain experts Creation of redundancy- and conflict-free system specifications from the load specifications (reduction, linking, review & release) Support in creating internal specifications Support for demand-driven change management Support and administration of Polarion projects Designing the cross-project Polarion Templates and Processes

Complete study of mathematics, computer science, natural sciences or technology with a focus on mechatronics More than 3 years of industrial experience in the context of requirements engineering Experience in using a requirement management tool, ideally Polarion ALM Methodology competence, CPRE certification and SysML knowledge of advantage German and English language skills in word and writing persistence, high quality awareness and strong communication skills
