Technical control & leadership: Technical leadership of the Identity & Access Platform Team, including task privilege and further development of the team members Platform Architecture & Strategy: Design, Continuous Development and Security of Hybrid Identity Infrastructure (Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID) and Federation Services (ADFS / SSO) PKI & Certificate Management: Total responsibility for the life cycle of certificates and the reliable operation of Microsoft PKI infrastructure (ADCS, SCEP, NDES, CRLs) Cloud & Hybrid Security Curing: Implementation and continuous optimization of identity security mechanisms (Conditional Access, MFA, FIDO2, Tiering models, protection against lateral movements) Operation & Lifecycle Management: Ensuring a stable and highly available operation of the identity platforms as well as controlling system upgrades, synchronization tools (Entra Connect / Cloud Sync) and incident/problem management

This place can be occupied at the locations Düsseldorf, Kassel, Kiel, Unterlüß, Bremen and Neckarsulm.

Funded Cloud & Hybrid Expert: Multiannual, deep experience in Microsoft Entra ID administration and architecture and classic Active Directory (AD) Protocol & Federation Knowledge: Safe handling of modern and classic identity protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, Kerberos, LDAP) and practical experience with ADFS PKI-Expertise: Detectable practical knowledge in the care and curing of certificate services (Microsoft ADCS, Enrollment method, Blocking lists). Leadership experience: Experience in the professional management of IT teams (e.g. Systems Engineers, Cloud Admins) and agile/structured working methods. Security Mindset: Detailed knowledge about animal architectures (Tier 0 / Control Plane curing) and modern access safeguards (Conditional Access, PIM/PAM interfaces). Motivating leadership style, high mediation skills and proactive approach and enthusiasm for active participation in the ongoing IT transformation. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. .
