Sales Trainee (m/w/d)

Chemnitz Six months of training on the job You identify self-responsible decision-makers: both with potential customers and introduce our service portfolio in telephone and personal conversations. You are the first contact person: in your customers for current and future engineering projects and build long-term customer relationships. You acquire and engage with your recruiting team:inside our technical staff. You process inquiries, create individual offers and conduct professional price and contract negotiations. You will learn from our experienced sales team: you will benefit from a 14-day sales camp as well as other tailor-made development programs, coachings and e-learnings from our FERCHAU Academy. After six months, you will be able to join the Associate Account Manager (m/w/d) and enjoy unlimited success. You work on diverse projects with renowned customers and enjoy the diversity of everyday work.
