You are contact person:in relation to the processing of orders in our product areas Our orders you carefully convert according to current sales documents in the booking system and ensure the timely and smooth contractual processing You accompany the accounting and complaint processing You work closely with colleagues from the field service as well as our internal and external interfaces / service companies You have fun in the conceptual analysis of existing processes and their optimization incl. You have completed a professional training and have first professional experience in the field of sales services or in a similar position with You are characterized by pronounced customer and service orientation and high communication skills You have very good MS Office skills You think and trade entrepreneurship, work very independently and are committed A reliable, precise and structured way of working
