CAFM Administratorin and Coordinatorin

Special responsibility for the introduction, supervision and operation of the CAFM system Analysis and optimization of the FM processes and the establishment of a uniform data structure Transfer and implementation of the relevant data (areas, contracts, etc.) to the CAFM system Administration of the system (user, roles, rights) and ongoing care and further development Continuous monitoring, error analysis and customization of the software Integration of CAD/BIM documents and integration of adjacent systems (workplace management, visitor management etc.) Support for users in technical and technical issues as well as central interface to IT and service providers Creation of reports and evaluations for the transparency and control of FM processes

completed studies in the field of (economic) informatics, facility management, supply technology or a comparable discipline; as an alternative conclusion as a technicianin/masterin in the above-mentioned disciplines with relevant professional experience Multiannual experience and knowledge in facility management as well as in service and maintenance planning Safe handling of CAFM systems Analytical, conceptual thinking and IT affinity Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Communication strength in handling different interfaces Willingness to incorporate into new complex relationships
