Inhouse IT Business Consultant - LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) (m/w/d)

We rely on you: You support the department as an internal IT consultant in the digitization and automation of processes in the laboratory environment You advise our specialist areas on the LIMS “LabWare” over the entire system life cycle - from introduction to change management to operation/support You take over the technical operation of the LIMS “LabWare” including change and fault management (Support) and act as a central IT interface to the software supplier You analyze business requirements and core processes in the LIMS environment in cooperation with the departments You conduct functional IT requirements and design technical solutions to meet business requirements, taking into account regulatory requirements and business objectives You create strategic IT concepts for the digitization and software-based automation of core processes in cooperation with IT architects and departments You support the planning and design of an integrated system landscape in the environment LIMS, ERP, PLM, MES etc. You observe and evaluate relevant technologies, processes and market developments in the LIMS environment as well as in adjacent IT systems such as e.g. ERP You configure, implement and test new LIMS processes and functions You support LIMS cost and investment planning You take responsibility for IT tasks in internal projects for implementing or scaling the LIMS “LabWare”

How to complete our team: With your completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science or a comparable degree programme With your professional experience in a LIMS, ideally in “LabWare” With your process and system knowledge in the field of pharmaceutical quality control as well as pronounced analytical skills to securely capture networking and dependencies With your high level of self-initiative as well as a sovereign and binding appearance as an IT consultant and system expert for the field With your strong communication and team skills as well as your customer and partner orientation and high social competence Good knowledge of German and English (B2 level) in word and writing complete your profile
