Our youth assistance facility G.E.C.K.O. GmbH operates a residential group in a centrally located residential building in Lahr. There we offer young women aged 15 to 21 not only a home, but also individual support on their way to an independent life. Our work focuses on a family atmosphere, characterised by trust, appreciation and mutual respect.

Your tasks are: Support of group daily Promoting self-employment Help in structuring the daily routine Support for education/training Support for clarification of personal and social problems Crisis intervention Individual assistance planning Working with parents, youth offices, schools, therapists, etc. Planning and implementation of educational offers
