How does your day look like • With empathy and humour, you will create a reliable daily routine with your team, accompany the residents individually in the social space and promote neighbourly relations • Together with your tandem colleague*in, you will have an overview of all basic services and SGB IX. You are in contact with various cost-beneficiaries, apply for technical service hours and ensure their provision • You take over the basic care of our clients and specific case responsibilities to ensure self-determined life, to manage everyday life and participate in life • They build sustainable relationships, create structure and appreciate the varied work with special people • For the best possible support, you work closely with members, legal supervisors, the team and with colleagues working across the board, e.g. specialist advice or specialist care, who support you in your work
