Failure management and relief should also take place in care management. Thus, the temporally limited takeover of individual care areas as a representation of absence is the responsibility of the job owner.

A completed training as a health and (children)career / health and (children)career, ideally they also have a completed university degree or are in a master's degree course in the field of care management or a comparable degree course Multiannual management experience, ideally in the level of care management, as well as experience in the acquisition, organisation and deployment planning of pool staff Knowledge in labour and collective law, in particular in the collective agreement of the public service of the countries, as well as knowledge and experience with computerised tools for personnel deployment planning in the context of failure management An analytical mindset that allows you to quickly capture complex relationships and control larger units in a hospital of maximum care Extensive knowledge in the field of leadership trading and personnel management, negotiation skills, enforcement skills and a high level of creativity in your daily work
