Projektmanagement (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Your responsibilities Consulting internal customers in all aspects of building management Planning, costing and implementation of building projects (new, re- and expansion buildings) Service and monitoring of technical systems, CAFM systems and building control technology Sic production of warranty tracking, maintenance planning and operational optimization Coordination and control of external service providers and supervision of audits (e.g. TÜV) Development and processing of fault messages and service orders *Support in the field of energy and environmental management

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring Completed technical studies in electrical engineering, civil engineering or related fields Multiannual practical experience in a comparable position Safe handling of MS-Office as well as sound knowledge in FM systems (CAD, FM software, building control technology) Good English skills in word and writing Request for professional travel Expressed customer and service orientation *Stability and independent working
