For use in an established customer company in the Steinfurt area, we are looking for a production employee machine operation (m/w/d).

They work in a production plant with clear processes, fixed work instructions and structured processes. The activity is suitable for applicants who want to bring experience in production or machines and work reliably in the layer system.

Working in the Konti layer system The operation runs continuously – even on weekends and holidays. You work in a solid rhythm:

• 2 days of early shift
• 2 days late shift
• 2 days night shift
• 4 days free

This model offers clear structure, longer leisure blocks and additional layer supplements.

Your tasks • Operation and monitoring of production machines during operation • Inserting, refilling and providing material for production • Control of machine running and monitoring the production process • Implementation of simple vision and quality control according to specifications • Detection and reporting of faults, deviations or material problems • Keeping the workplace clean and maintaining work and safety requirements

Requirements • Experience required in production or machine operation • German knowledge required to understand work instructions and safety requirements • Class B driving licence required to reliably reach the place of use • Willingness to work in the shift system
