Legal Privacy Manager - temporary (m/f/d)

As part of our corporate data protection system of United Internet, central service units and holding companies are operatively advised in the implementation of requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You work in a complex group environment with a variety of companies and opponents.

The following tasks await you: You analyze and evaluate cross-group data flows and identify resulting data protection risks. You provide comprehensive and solution-oriented advice on data protection issues and support them in implementing regulatory requirements. You accompany the introduction of new software solutions, projects and processes from a data protection perspective and develop practical solutions. You advise on the design and negotiation of data protection-relevant contracts with external service providers. You create privacy statements, concepts, standards and best practices. You conduct personal data protection controls and audits. You take over the operational processing of data protection incidents and data subject requests.

After you have completed your studies with legal or technical reference, you have already gained several years of experience in data protection-relevant tasks (ideally in consolidated data protection). Based on your well-founded knowledge in German and European data protection law, you evaluate business processes on your existing data protection risks and provide legal information in a comprehensible manner.

You are characterized by a proactive and independent method of operation. You convince with professional communication and sovereignty even in complex and time-critical situations. You bring knowledge of the German language that is safe for negotiation. You support us as a parental leave, either in part time with 50% or in full time with 100%.
