Take responsibility as project manager:in construction and drive ambitious projects together with an interdisciplinary team. Own-sponsored project management of demanding construction projects across all phases of performance Ensure project objectives with regard to dates, costs and qualities as well as creating feasibility studies Drees & Summer Project Team Technical, economic and organizational construction rates Advise our customers within the scope of the agreed performance - from the first analysis, planning and realization to acceptance Expanding the existing network in the construction industry as well as participation in the acquisition, customer care and offer creation incl. Refund management

Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, or comparable qualification Multiannual well-founded professional experience in project management of building projects Very good knowledge of HOAI, VOB and relevant building regulations, sovereign handling of tools such as MS Project Very good knowledge of German and English for cooperation with international partners and customers Impressed leadership skills and communicative skills for controlling interdisciplinary teams, analytical thinking as well as a structured, solution-oriented approach
