Senior Project Developer Reception Building

At the closest possible time we are looking for you as a senior project developer: in reception buildings (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Berlin site. Your tasks:

In this role you work as a senior consultant:in a project developer:in-team of 30 people. You are responsible for holistic development concepts for reception buildings and their environments, in particular with regard to usage concepts, economic and sustainable structure and structural feasibility The focus of your projects is the optimal use of the DB lands in a holistic, sustainable urban development concept as well as the optimal accessibility of the various transport offers of DB AG. You keep track of the project: performing architectural and urban competitions, EU-wide tenders for planning services (including surveying, expert reports, etc.), cost-effectiveness calculations and model calculations belong to your area of responsibility With your communication strength, you work closely with DB-internal and external project participants, including DB Regional Areas, Investor:inside and other partners:in the development of the project, as well as the Federal Railway Agency, cities and municipalities, in particular with regard to procedures for building law procurement Through your holistic view of the planning process, you will never lose sight of the entire project coordination as well as the contractor representation tasks for project developments (HOAI, Lph 0 to 4). In addition, you will develop financial, legal, technical, demographic and sustainable planning documents for assessing real estate developments for the implementation of DB InfraGO AG's portfolio strategy in consultation with all the relevant departments Your research results enable our Executive Board to make informed decisions within a short period of time – you develop your own management templates as well as actively participate in the organisation and collection of board and supervisory board decisions with

Your profile:

The basis of your expertise is a completed study of architecture, urban planning, urban design, project development with corresponding professional experience in planning and construction processes for special buildings and in the execution of competitions with municipalities Ideally, you support your technical and structural practical knowledge with additional real estate economic training and convince us with your multi-annual property knowledge You know the relevant laws, standards and regulations and you know how to apply them (HOAI/VOB/GEG/BauGB/BauO, DIN, VDE, Ril 813 etc.) Furthermore, you bring outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, pragmatic approaches, creativity and entrepreneurial thinking for the advice of our customers: In conversation, you will convince us with your extensive knowledge from the HOAI-Lph 0–4 as well as profound practical examples from real estate project development and control as well as project management for construction projects You are able to pick up your counterpart at eye level, to meet and find out professional wishes through the right questions A strong willingness to take responsibility distinguishes you, working both on your own and on the team and having a healthy level of enforcement
