Assistant Manager Photo Pre Production (gn*)

As part of Pre Production, within the Fotostudio team, you organize & check our photo patterns and set them up to the internal photo team You explain logistics product topics in the internal photo team and interdisciplinary with other disciplines You are also responsible for the entire product process chain, from processing to storage to recycling In addition, you organize child-photo shoots by posting models, stylists & locations, designing schedules, creating an idea-moodboard, and sharing all information. Budget planning with regard to child shooting & studio equipment is also part of your tasks You are responsible for the equipment orders from our photo studio Close cooperation with the Head of Photo Production is your everyday work

A completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, complemented by a good understanding of accounting relationships High accuracy and analytical thinking to identify relationships and to keep the goods & document overview You have a safe handling of MS Office especially Excel, experiences with Adobe Photoshop, Pim and PLM software are beneficial Your high affinity for process chains also makes it easy for you to recognize and advance technical possibilities and optimizations Organisational skills, hands-on mentality and joy in team collaboration
