Completed training as a chef as well as several years of experience in the upscale gastronomy First or profound experience in managing a kitchen team (e.g. as Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine) Excellent quality and passion for German cuisine at top level Experience in handling organic products, sustainable cuisine and regional concepts Creativity, joy of innovation and a clear culinary profile Entrepreneurial thinking and structured and efficient functioning Embossed team and communication skills
