For the kitchen studio in Marienberg / Raum Chemnitz we are looking for a project-driven location manager (m/w/d), who takes responsibility, leads a small team and actively participates in sales. Responsibility for the kitchen studio and ensuring smooth processes Leadership and further development of the team including takeover of deployment planning Professional and personal customer advice from idea to dream kitchen Examination of ongoing planning and calculation (quality management) Processing of complaints and ensuring service-oriented customer support (occasual local dates) Management and optimization of marketing and other sales activities

Multiannual experience in the kitchen or furniture sector At least first staff management experience Completed commercial vocational training or similar qualification High level of initiative and sense of responsibility as well as strong entrepreneurial thinking High consulting affinity and final strength paired with organizational talent and hands-on mentality German language skills in word and writing
