Design Engineer Engine and System Components (m/f/d)

Be part of our development team! With us you design innovative motor and energy systems - from the concept phase to series production. You develop standard components, work closely with international locations and suppliers and bring new energy concepts forward constructively.

This is what we expect:

Creation of concepts and designs for engine and system components (e.g. pumps, coolers, filters, etc.) as part of the new and further development of diesel engines, gas engines and energy systems Development of standard components for all commercial engine series and systems in cooperation with the respective supplier Creation, documentation, release and maintenance of CAD models and production drawings Responsible support for the component-related information exchange between development projects, pre-development, sales, purchasing, engine testing and production Constructive support from prototype production to series production Support, cooperation and management of project groups in the development and constructive implementation of new energy concepts Cooperation with development sites worldwide Ready to co-design the future? That's what you bring:

Successful degree in mechanical engineering Knowledge of Construction, Manufacturing Engineering, Engine Engineering, Materials Science Experience in the design of engine components Knowledge of handling CAD tools and PLM software (e.g. PTC Creo, PTC Windchill) Good spatial imagination and technical assessment systematic and independent operation strong team and communication skills good English knowledge readiness for professional and personal development So you bring the right skills and motivation to start with us!
