Your future in IT You want to build manufacturer partnerships, negotiate budgets and develop real revenue power together with strong IT brands? Do you want to make a direct contribution to the optimization of our manufacturer partnerships and thus drive our growth decisively? Then come to the SYNAXON Business Development Team. Together we develop solutions, marketing concepts and business models that make our partners more successful – and we need you for that.

You enter and develop your existing manufacturer partners – from annual talks to target agreements to the planning and implementation of WKZ measures. You negotiate directly at the decision-making level and make clear, strong agreements. You keep regular contact, analyse developments and optimierst measures. You document everything conscientiously, ask for correct reporting and ensure a smooth internal implementation. You actively win new manufacturers, visit industry events, present our services and accompany the entire contract process to completion. You sell our media and marketing services and introduce your own ideas for new marketing concepts.

Experience in business development or IT sales – SaaS/Cloud knowledge of advantage Very good to reliable English knowledge Enthusiasm for networking, pronounced communication skills and sovereign and convincing appearance in dealing with decision-makers Structured, reliable operation and a good feeling for numbers, budgets and earnings High self-motivation and joy in developing long-term partnerships
