We are now looking for several Service Desk employees in Hamburg.

The position must be replaced by the option to take over.

Your profile • 1st Level Support Experience • Routine in handling MS Office applications and current Windows operating systems • Knowledge of how to use ticket and remote tools • Knowledge of standard hardware • Good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English

Your duties • Access by phone and e-mail to soft and hardware problems in the Service Desk • Error analysis and troubleshooting for hardware and software problems • First solution via remote support • Priority, classification and documentation of malfunctions in the ticket system • forwarding of disturbances to downstream units • Documentation of solutions
