SAP Development & Customizing: You develop and expand our SAP system landscape – from ABAP programming to customizing to interface development. You work closely with our specialist departments to translate requirements into custom solutions. AI-based development: In our SAP coding factory, we consistently rely on AI-based development methods. You use modern AI tools to write, test and optimize code more efficiently – and thus actively shape the future of our development processes. Development beyond SAP: Our system landscape does not end at the SAP boundary. You also develop and manage connected systems and interfaces – whether BI connections, MES integration or middleware solutions. Who is programmed with us thinks in system landscapes, not in module silos. S/4HANA transformation: You actively participate in the preparation and implementation of our S/4HANA migration and support the team in transferring to the SAP standard. Process optimization: Together with our BPM team, you analyze and optimize business processes. You identify potential improvements and implement them technically. Operation & Support: Ensure stable operation of the SAP system landscape and support users in 2nd level support. Cooperation with external partners: You work with our external SAP consulting partners and coordinate their use in coordination with the team management.

You have a completed study of (economic) informatics, business management or a comparable qualification. You bring 1–3 years of professional experience in the SAP environment – or you are a professional beginner: with sound training and first practical SAP experiences (e.g. through internships, student work or final work). You have programming skills in ABAP/ABAP OO and ideally first experience with modern SAP development technologies (e.g. CDS Views, Fiori/UI5, RAP). AI-assisted work is not a foreign word for you: You have experience or enthusiasm for the use of AI tools in software development – whether coding assistants, automated code reviews or AI-based test generation. Ideally, you have knowledge of one or more SAP modules (e.g. MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, WM/EWM). Programming does not end with ABAP: You have interest or first experiences with other technologies and programming languages that are relevant in an enterprise system landscape (e.g. SQL, Python, JavaScript, REST APIs). You like to think in contexts and understand how SAP interacts with adjacent systems. You work structured, solution-oriented and enjoy learning new things and developing yourself in a dynamic environment. Good knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
