The Hannover Medical School (MHH), with about 10,000 employees of the country's largest state company in Lower Saxony, is a university institution for research and teaching in human and dental medicine and a university hospital for supramaximum care. Research, teaching, medical care and administration work hand in hand in the integration model on the MHH campus.

The Technical Building Equipment (TGA) department is active in refurbishment, refurbishment and expansion buildings. This includes all built-in, connected or new technical facilities as a single measure or in projects.

NLBL Participation in the establishment of necessary building maintenance work and participation in the building routine meetings Participation in the collection and evaluation of all findings from the preparation and implementation of the construction measures and the use Participation in the development and setting of standards (e.g. construction/TGA) and guidelines on construction processes, structural parts and operational engineering. Equipment participation in building and running a cost database; develop and determine characteristic values for construction/investments and superordinate control, in particular technical building and infrastructure measures in the fields of technical building equipment / utility technology / HKLS / electrical engineering Ensure higher-level interface management between GB Building Management (TGM) and GB Building Management

Dipl. Ing. Supply Technology, Master or Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) (w/d/m) or TGA/Versorgungstechnik Wirtschaftsrsingenieur (w/d/m) Multiannual professional experience in the field of TGA / Supply Technology / Electrical Engineering, preferably in hospital construction and higher education Management experience of internal and external employees Experience in the management or coordination of interdisciplinary specialist planning teams or Project management of TGA projects very good expertise in the fields of TGA / Supply Technology / Electrical Engineering good knowledge in all performance phases of HOAI safe handling of VOB, HOAI, AHO and relevant regulations/laws as well as the state building regulations Knowledge of public building and planning law and laws and standards well-founded experience in the tendering, awarding and billing as well as the relevant software tools (AVA, scheduling, cost planning/control) Communication strength and a large degree of negotiation skills and enforcement skills economic, entrepreneurial thinking and action Customer orientation Independent, targeted and conscientious work (hands‐on mentality), structured approach pronounced quality, cost and time consciousness German, good expression in word and writing
