For our renowned public sector customer – a leading IT service provider of the North German federal states – we are looking for an experienced contractor (m/w/d). It is used in the area of telecommunications services with the focus on voice transmission. As an interface between internal specialist departments, providers and contracting entities, you contribute significantly to developing and maintaining the communication infrastructure.

Acceptance, testing and coordination of orders in the field of voice communication (fixed network, mobile phone, carrier) clarification of technical and organizational enquiries with customers and internal departments Provisioning and migration of telephone connections (including NGN) Processing of faults, changes and billing Documentation and maintenance of technical information in tools such as Command Suite, BMC Remedy and Excel Selection and control of switching orders according to economic criteria Participation in technical projects and in professional meetings Occasionally creating small presentations on processes or products

Successfully completed commercial vocational training Telecommunications experience (mobile radio, fixed network, DSL) Knowledge of FNT Command, BMC Remedy and MS Excel Basic understanding of network technologies Self-employed, structured working and communicative appearance Willingness to work in defined core times
