You'll check, keep and book current business transactions and process input and output invoices You're stalking and tuning debitor and creditor accounts, monitoring open positions and clearing deviations independently You support the creation of annual accounts and prepare relevant documents in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders You provide documentation for internal and external audits and ensure proper documentation You work according to internal requirements and support the continuous development of accounting processes You perform general administrative tasks in accounting and support the team in daily business

You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification You have first experience in accounting or accounting, which is desirable You are safe in handling accounting software as well as MS Office, especially Excel You work very carefully, structured and reliable You have a number affinity and an analytical mindset You are teamable, responsible and extremely reliable
