Management and organisation of the planning business unit in close cooperation with the external office management Perception of all relevant and personal-related management and guidance tasks in the associated area Control, coordination and continuous development of the planning business unit Coordination of all planning phases from preliminary design to execution planning Monitoring and management of budget resources Management of tasks and objectives and coordination of the processes of the Planning business unit in the field of external work

A successfully completed academic degree (Uni.-Diplom/Master) with a focus on civil engineering or professionally acquired, equivalent suitability and/or skills for the higher technical administration service Multiannual leadership experience based on a cooperative and motivating leadership style Multiannual professional experience in road construction management Knowledge of road construction Experience with early public participation and the implementation of dialogue events Class B licence and readiness to operate a service vehicle and flexibility and readiness to travel within the branch This distinguishes you as a manager: They think in complex relationships and have a pronounced willingness to design, combined with value-adding behavior and self-reflection.
