Responsibility for design, implementation and continuous development of change management and organisational development in line with corporate strategy, including monitoring, controlling and quality assurance Active participation in the further development of the corporate, sectoral and cultural strategy as well as support and advice of the strategy development process in close cooperation with internal interfaces Planning, control and implementation of complex organisational and cultural development measures, including analysis of organisational culture, initiation of change projects and evaluation of new work and leadership concepts (e.g. New Work) Consultation and methodological support of the fields of change processes as well as design, planning and implementation of workshops, training and internal training Establishing, maintaining and developing a structured reporting on change management, including decision bases, reports, reporting platforms and communication measures Management, management and consulting of projects in the field of business development and active role as a stimulus for sustainable change and improvement processes

A completed academic degree (Master) of Economics or Communications Sciences, (economic)psychology, change management, or a Bachelor degree with relevant professional experience acquired professional experience in managing and supporting change management projects and in organisational development; first experience in strategy development is advantageous Ideally, you have additional qualifications in the field of business or agile coaching or in systemic consulting or in coaching Knowledge of the application of classic and agile project management methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking) High IT affinity as well as safe and professional handling of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and modern project planning software Analytical thinking with a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner
