Nursing service management (m/f/d)

You take over the professional and organizational management of the outpatient care service and bear the responsibility for ensuring high-quality care. You ensure the implementation of the care and care concept taking into account the quality management and the legal requirements (in particular SGB V and SGB XI). You lead, motivate and develop the employees of the outpatient care service and promote an appreciation, team-oriented cooperation. You plan and control personnel deployment in accordance with requirements and economically and create framework services and tour plans. You are responsible for care planning, care documentation and the continuous development of care processes. You ensure compliance with health, hygiene, accident prevention and medical device regulations. You work closely with clients, relatives, doctors, health insurance companies and other cooperation partners. You represent the outpatient care service to external bodies and work confidently with the carrier.

A completed training in health or social matters or a completed study in health care, and a successfully completed training for nursing services. Multiannual professional experience in outpatient care, ideally with management experience. Knowledge of the legal foundations of outpatient care (SGB V, SGB XI) and quality management. An independent, structured and responsible way of working. Impressed communication and organizational ability as well as a value-assuring, team-oriented leadership style.
