In a short time you will gain an insight into the logistics processes at PENNY as well as into the sales line and region locations. You will learn how to control and coordinate the processes in the various departments. Your development is accompanied by regular feedback talks and after a structured incorporation you actively take over your own projects. You accompany the daily business and implement specialist concepts.

You can become part of our team. You have successfully completed your studies in the field of business management with the focus on logistics or trade. Other courses are also welcome. You bring the willingness to work on other REWE Group sites after the trainee program. You could gain first relevant experience in logistics or in retail (e.g. through internships). You are convinced by your pronounced customer orientation and service orientation and have a class B driving licence. You are team-ready and you are characterized by your independent working. You show a high level of commitment and learning, as well as target strength, endurance and durability. You bring the willingness to work on other REWE Group sites after the trainee program.
