In the field of network usage management (KN) of E.ON Grid Solutions GmbH, we are responsible for the proper accounting of the measurement and network usage fees of the electricity and gas savings. Our team (KN-R) moves in the heart of the energy industry at the interface of data, systems and processes. From the clarification of individual billing cases to the further development of complex solutions, we are continuously working to make the billing more efficient and digital for our large and individual customers.

Operational support: You support our team in operational everyday life and transfer clearly defined tasks independently, from the processing of structured data sets to the timely implementation of individual work steps. Process design: You actively contribute your ideas, question existing processes and help us to make our processes more efficient, more digital and transparent. Inquiry Management: You are responsible for the processing of enquiries, from technical examination to system-side adjustments to professional communication with internal and external partners. Quality assurance: You participate in tests in projects, releases or special topics, making an important contribution to the quality assurance of our systems. Knowledge Management: You structure and document processes so that You are understandable, comprehensible and easily applicable. You are also contributing to the continuous improvement of our knowledge management. Responsibility in the team: You actively contribute to the team, take responsibility and shape a positive and productive cooperation through your open way and communication.

You are studying business, business informatics or a comparable course of study and are keen to apply your knowledge in practice. You are interested in economic relationships, figures and digital processes and want to gain insights into an exciting topic about network usage and billing. You work structured, independent and solution-oriented, bringing along a good portion of your own initiative. When handling MS Office (especially Excel), you are safe; first contact points with SAP S4/HANA are a plus, but no need. Ideally, you have first contact points with automation tools (e.g. RPA) and want to actively help make manual processes smarter. You have a good sense of numbers, data and relationships, and you are analytically approaching questions. You're curious, ready to learn and enjoy advancing things independently and continuously developing yourself.
