Project & Module Management Series Support for Electrical Systems & Control Units (m/w/d)

You take on the lateral guidance of the project staff of our module line series support for the components low-voltage batteries, low-voltage converters, access systems and central control units. You are responsible for quality and budget management in the CC module and report results to all stakeholders. You agree objectives for the cross-border module CC and guide corresponding goals for our module managers (CC, E/E). You use top and prio topics of our module line in situ and ensure an operative jumper function of the module ladder. You take the first escalation level to our product line in the project. You are responsible for the effectiveness of our module organization and actively initiate improvements in coordination with our project management. You take on budget responsibility for the module management subproject, participate in the change-request management and ensure our performance reduction in the scope of responsibility. You report to our overall project management as well as to the higher management of our customer environment.

You have completed a study of electrical engineering or a comparable qualification. You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the automotive sector as well as practical experience in the module management (needingly required). You have several years of experience in the environment of our customer BMW in the area of central control units and/or E/E components. You have well-founded experience in preventive and reactive quality work as well as in the serial support of E/E components. You have language skills according to CEF: German at Level C1; English on Level B2 At best, you have shown your skills in a lateral or disciplinary leadership task. You are familiar with the work with tools such as GAMS, NextONE, OCTANE and PQM Next. Your communication strength serves to communicate targetedly and to explain complex topics. Your safe appearance and enforcing will help you to make your role powerful. You attach great importance to good cooperation in the team – both with project staff and with customers. You are accurate in your work performance and perform a stringent documentation.
