Planning and control of customer orders including monitoring Voting appointments with customers and suppliers In and sale of tours via various freight exchanges Examination of freight documents, creation of freight offers and cooperation in the procurement of subcontractors Support for personnel deployment and holiday planning Self-employed order acquisition and processing in the transport management system Efficient and independent capacity planning of vehicles and driver personnel Monitoring compliance with statutory requirements for occupational safety and steering and rest periods Examination and approval of spokes for drivers in the field of competence

Complete commercial vocational training, preferably in the field of forwarding and logistics services or comparable qualifications First professional experience in the disposing of vehicles and personnel as well as knowledge in tour planning desirable Very good knowledge of German, Romanian or Bulgarian High level of service and customer orientation Stress resistance, flexibility and solution orientation in order to overcome unexpected challenges quickly and pragmatically Communication strength to set clear expectations and optimally support the driving personnel in the daily business Flexibility in working time
