Master Public Administration, Law, Political Science, Process Management or Service Management with well-founded knowledge in administrative law and relevant professional experience Alternatively: Bachelor Public Administration, Economics, Political Sciences, Process Management or Service Management with sound knowledge, with Senate Services or in Administrative Law and relevant job-relevant experience Knowledge of administrative law, fee models, relevant laws/regulations Knowledge and experience of political structures in Berlin Communication strong personality and winning appearance Network competence Experience in project management Customer orientation, analytical skills and decision-making SAP, Jira, Alfresco, Confluence, BPMN experience would be desirable
