In-house technician/maintenance technician (m/f/d)

• Control, monitoring and operation of all technical facilities of the property • Implementation of maintenance, inspection and control tasks in accordance with the applicable technical regulations • Trouble analysis and troubleshooting at the building systems • Monitoring and coordination of maintenance work and support of contractually bound foreign companies in the repair and maintenance work to be carried out • implementation of small repairs on technical installations and facilities • Support in the maintenance and cleanliness of technical areas and installations • Continuous reporting to the employer on the condition of the building and technical facilities and in the event of exceptional occurrences • Execution of all other mastery activities • In exchange with colleagues, take part in readiness

• Successfully completed training in a technical building, e.g. in the field of electrical, heating, ventilation, sanitation or a comparable field • At least five years of professional experience in the field of building technology, building technology or technical facility management • Professional experience in building control technology or with modern building automation systems • Integrated basic knowledge in the field of fire protection technology • Self-employed, solution-oriented and reliable operation • Embossed service orientation and sense of responsibility • Team skills and ability to work independently
