Planning, design & implementation: You support the planning, design and implementation of innovative and efficient solutions in quality management (QM) and maintenance management (PM) IT contact partner: As a central contact person for all IT issues in quality management and maintenance management, you advise and support our specialist areas in the application of our applications Module and interface support: Not only do you enter the SAP modules QM and PM, but also the 3rd party software used as well as the interfaces to our SAP systems S/4-Transition & Rollouts: As part of our S/4-Transition, you will realize the rollouts of the global template for the Melitta Group at the sites and in the national companies Analysis & concept development: You carry out the actual analyses, support and advise on the definition of target concepts and in the creation of IT concepts and IT documentation with Implementation & Customizing: You set concepts in the QM and PM environment with SAP ERP and S/4HANA incl. Customizing and perform user training Testing & Go Live Support: You are responsible for functional, process and integration tests, accompany Go Live activities and support users in Hypercare phases Daily Support & Change Management: You enter our users outside of projects in daily support, process incident tickets and validate, evaluate and implement changes

You have successfully completed your studies with the discipline (economic) informatics, economics or mechanical engineering, engineering or have a comparable training

You have already gained several years of professional experience in application consulting with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA incl. Collect Customizing. Your focus is on the SAP modules QM and PM

Ideally, you also bring knowledge and experience with SAP PP

You know the challenges of a manufacturing company in the consumer goods industry or comparable areas and have a very good process understanding as well as analytical and conceptual skills

Negotiating English skills are just as natural for you as your project management competence

You have very good communication and conflict skills and brings together intercultural thinking
