(Senior) Consultant (m/w/d) Reference number 702025111 In the staff department “Network Development and Management Systems” of the management of wesernetz Bremen GmbH, we are looking for a committed increase in information security for the next two years in full time. You are passionate about management systems and information security – with a clear view of risks, processes and regulatory requirements. You understand how to analyze complex relationships and develop pragmatic solutions that are both technically sound and organizational. You lead projects in a targeted way to success, bring a high degree of self-responsibility and are safe in address-oriented communication. In this position, you are responsible for building and implementing an information security management system (ISMS) for the wesernetz. You take the lead in the implementation of the NIS2 directive and ensure appropriate employee training as well as effective communication measures. You implement systematic risk assessments and develop a monitoring and documentation system for the measures. This brings your know-how into the further development of the existing KRITIS-ISMS. You work closely with the Information Security Officer and advise the management on all topics of information security. Here you are in cooperation with other management systems and crisis and emergency management for the wesernetz and at Group level

A completed study with a focus on information technology, business, engineering, law, risk and safety management or a comparable course of study Influential professional experience in project management, ideally complemented by training or experience as an auditor in the context of management systems Knowledge and experience in information technology, information security and management systems A basic understanding of the tasks and procedures of a distribution system operator and experience in the KRITIS context is desirable, ideally through activities in the energy industry or in the context of infrastructure business.
