In our clinic for orthopaedic and rheumatological rehabilitation and in our clinic for oncological rehabilitation, we accompany more than 12,000 patients each year together in a stationary or outpatient manner with modern therapies and with a motivated team of doctors, therapists and nurses. With the extension to the neurological rehabilitation we will soon go new ways.

You guide the psychological team professionally and organizationally You ensure psychological care in medical rehabilitation and develop these further You carry out diagnostic and therapeutic measures in both individual and group therapies You work interdisciplinary with the medical service, care, social services and therapy You take over supervision, team development and internal training You work on concept development and quality assurance

You have a degree in Psychology (Diplom or Master) You have a psychotherapeutic further education (e.g. in behavioral therapy, deep psychologically sounded therapy, etc.), ideally with approbation You have several years of professional experience in medical rehabilitation or in the clinical field You have leadership experience or are interested in a management task with development perspective You are strong in communication, have organizational talent and are team-oriented You will enjoy interdisciplinary work and conceptual thinking
