Head of Department Accounts Receivable (m/f/d)

Leadership: You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the debitor accounting of a 15-person, multi-site team and develop it with clarity, structure and motivation. With a wide view, you will ensure a future-oriented staffing and create framework conditions in which performance and cooperation can grow alike. Debitor accounting and compliance: The proper debitor accounting according to the Commercial Code (HGB) as well as taking into account the VAT Act (UStG) and internal guidelines is your responsibility. Trade law and internal requirements are implemented securely in the responsibility of debitor accounting and evaluate facts sovereign and solution-oriented Asset Management & Mahnwesen: You are responsible for the entire receivable management and dunning and ensure a structured and consistent implementation Reporting & Control: Through meaningful reports and sound analyses, you create transparency and provide a reliable basis for management decisions. You actively tax credit limits and risks Processes & Development: An efficient, structured and high-quality processing of all processes in the ERP system ensures and continuously develop them. The strategic development of your department will help you actively and identify potentials for sustainable process optimization Interfaces: As a communication-strong respondent, you're planning a strong interface management to adjacent areas of expertise Final work: You can participate in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and reliably deliver your expertise in debitor accounting

You have a completed business studies with a focus on finance/invoicing or convince by a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in debitor accounting or accounting forms the basis of your expertise You have very good knowledge of accounting according to the Commercial Code (HGB), ideally supplemented by IFRS identifiers Multiannual leadership experience distinguishes you – you take responsibility with design will, clarity and implementation strength With your strong sense of human being, you act as sovereign and binding leaders You think strategically, trades solution-oriented and convince through a structured and analytical way A strong business understanding and a safe handling of ERP systems and reporting tools are of course for you You communicate clearly, appreciation and professionally – both in German and in English in word and writing
