• The promotion of young people is at the heart of your work – with a holistic, inclusive and transcultural approach
• They serve the residents individually, design a structured Everyday life and ensure supervision
• Plans of assistance will be implemented consistently, design levels of relationships and cooperate closely with families of origin and the Youth Office
• Advised in questions about training, employment and life management support young people and promote their independence

Your profile:

• You have completed your studies Social education/social work or a comparable qualification as an educator (m/w/d), Heilpädagoge (m/w/d) or Teacher (m/w/d)

• Experience in stationary youth assistance is desirable, motivated
