Project developer for the purchase review (m/f/d)

Our focus is on project development, service development, redevelopment and asset management. We are pursuing an approach to increasing value and real estate real estate. You carry out technical and real estate due diligence tests for projects and evaluate the results for opportunities and risks Analyzing the results and conducting sound risk assessments for the project development process You create DD reports and cost assumptions, take economic considerations for cost groups 200–700 according to DIN 276 and, if necessary, bind external consultants and specialist planners You make sure that analysis results flow into cost-effectiveness calculations, contracts and external DD reports in the purchasing process Co-ordinating with external consultants and specialist planners and accompanying the due diligence process until successful completion In addition, you accompany object visits and meet assessments on the potential of land and real estate as part of purchase reviews You analyze documents, data spaces, and external DD reports and derive recommendations for action You support the project development in the case of purchase questions and accompany the transfer to the operating areas
