In our Kita St. Josefshaus we serve 105 children in 5 groups, from the completion of the first year of life to the school entrance. The historic house is located in the centre of Seligenstadt. We are part of the Catholic parish of St. Marcellinus & Peter and follow the guidelines and values of the Christian human image. You accompany children with and without need for funding in their development and learning processes and create stimulating educational spaces You perceive every child in his personality and individual development You observe and document the individual development of children You align offers and projects with your observations and joint reflection in the team You are open to a close and regular exchange with parents You actively contribute to team meetings and the further development of our concept You expand your knowledge through regular training

A completed training as a state-recognized educator, social pedagogue or a comparable recognised training as a pedagogical specialist (even professional starters) You have the ability to act in the team and work conceptually You build educational partnerships with parents Affiliation to a Christian Church
