For our Lean Operations Management section, we are looking for you at our Bremerhaven location as a Lean Coach / Trainer Lean Management.

As a Lean Coach, you enable our employees to exploit their potential, develop their own performance and optimize our processes – for more efficiency and more sustainable use of resources. After getting familiar with our processes, these tasks are waiting for you: Together in the team, you will improve our operational processes using Lean methods to make them more efficient and reduce waste. You identify potentials, develop concepts for process optimization and accompany the implementation of lean measures. For an optimal knowledge transfer on the subject of lean management, you can anchor the lean principles in our corporate culture in a sustainable manner. As part of workshops and coachings, you train your colleagues and motivate them to advance the continuous improvement successfully. In doing so, you are going as a model – you promote constructive, cross-sectoral cooperation and live compliance with standards in daily doing.

Complete studies in the field of production technology and management, industrial engineering and in a similar field or a professional qualification with master qualification Multiannual professional experience in process management, lean management, lean transformation or operational excellence in an industrial environment Finded practical experience in the application of Lean methods (e.g. 5S, SMED, Ishikawa, Shopfloor Management) and a certificate as Six Sigma Green Belt Experience in professional project management – especially in communication with different stakeholders across all hierarchical levels and functions Impressive analytical and conceptual skills combined with a high degree of self-initiative and hand-on mentality with the claim to achieve sustainable impact Excellent posture with strong coaching miniset, high quality standards as well as the ability to inspire and empower others Very good English knowledge of word and writing for sovereign cooperation in an international environment
