As a project manager at our Power Solutions branch at the Gladbeck site, you take over the overall responsibility for the technical and economic development of projects and their final results in the field of energy generation and distribution systems. They control their respective project team and are central contact persons for the customer and the after-contractors.

Responsibility for planning, organisation and implementation of the individual project phases in the defined time frame Offer processing, costing and order processing Preparation and support of order execution Cost management, project liquidity (Cash Management) Contract and change management in settlement Ensuring documentation Inspection of customer systems, concept creation for the exchange of components Consulting and support of national and international customers Close cooperation with sales, acquisition of follow-up orders Organisation of all procurement activities together with purchasing Exercise of business obligations in the fields of occupational safety, occupational safety, hazardous substances and environmental protection as local representatives of management

Technical studies, e.g. mechanical engineering, process engineering, or comparable training with long-term professional experience and specialist training (technists, masters) Multiannual professional experience in industrial plant engineering and project processing Welding experience Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations in boiler construction Good knowledge of contract law Safe handling of international customers in English High management and organizational competence Embossed entrepreneurial thinking and acting, strong sales/customer orientation and good communication skills and readiness to travel round off your profile
