Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden As part of the capacitive factory and plant expansion, plan, install and run the Wet Chemistry plants in productive operation and take over the testing of EQ Cards, plants Hookup and coordination, plants Hardware Startup with the respective service partner as well as the release of the plant with focus on the hardware and carry out maintenance activities on the plants independently and train the maintenance technicians. As Senior Equipment Engineer Wet Chemistry (w/m/div) you ensure high machine availability and plant stability using SPC and FDC and are responsible for creating a concept for implementing preventive maintenance and introduce it cyclically in your area together with the service partners. You are responsible for the training of technician colleagues in their field on the basis of training plans and skills passports. The creation and updating of the valid documents for the safety instruction for Wet Chemistry plants is just as important as the implementation of training of the new employees. You update the machines risk assessments of their plant group with regard to the current risk potential. For maintenance conversion to the facilities, create PM (preventive maintenance) instructions and CM (corrective maintenance) regulations and publish handling instructions for maintenance in the Docupedia as well as the corresponding checklists/use meters/work templates in the Platform Xsite. You plan the spare parts maintenance and storage space requirements for your plants together with the Logistics department and develop proposals for reducing costs in the spare parts consumption of your plants. In coordination with your team, you design, specify and implement individual high-speed topics as well as key-number measures in the plants and their environment. You will ensure aspects such as cost-effectiveness, quality, reliability and innovation. You create analyses and correlations of the key figures and work with the definition of countermeasures and present the results to decision-makers and customers.

Education: completed (special) university studies in a relevant technical field (electrical or process engineering, physics or the like) or technician degree with multi-year, relevant professional experience experience: multiannual professional experience in the manufacturing semiconductor industry; broad knowledge in the field of Wet Chemistry as well as experience in the maintenance and care of Wet Chemistry plants as an equipment engineer; good method skills such as 5S, SPC, FDC, FMEA, and REFA Personality: team-ready, flexible, motivated, durable, communication-strong, very good organizational and problem-solving capability as well as strong quality awareness Languages: very good German and English skills
