You take over the technical and economic responsibility of turnkey projects, both residential construction and commercial construction, in terms of construction time, construction costs and quality You conduct negotiations with post-contractors, planners, experts, authorities and acquiring As project manager, you provide contact management with the different departments (internal and external) as well as with clients, acquirers, architects, consultants, authorities, subcontractors and suppliers You create, update and monitor the schedules and budgets and forget the construction services with the support of the purchase You manage the quality and time control Leading activity within the project in all phases of the HOAI (commercial and housing construction), to achieve the project objectives

You have a civil engineering degree or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in a similar position You are familiar with all aspects of construction and have a sharp insight into construction processes High level of operational readiness, self-responsibility, enforcement capacity and independent working Very good communication capability, safe occurrence and persuasiveness Knowledge in the fields of calculation, VOB, execution planning, contracting and construction German knowledge of C1 level is required for this position
