In your role, you are responsible for the acquisition of large-volume commercial real estate financing in Aareal Bank's international cover business. In addition, you will check the requirements of the inspection under the Pfandbrief Act. You are working closely with our internal asset reviewers, lawyers, transaction managers and real estate insurance professionals. In addition, you will determine the congruent share of the loan and keep an overview of large cross-border portfolios with a variety of basic mortgage rights and advances. In our IT system for managing the cover register, you control the basic book and credit data transmitted from the SAP systems as well as the complex collateral assignments.
