Your mission: You are the heart and soul of our after-sales team. With your commitment, you will ensure that our customers are well looked after even after the conclusion of the contract. You love helping people and optimizing processes? Then you're right with us! Your profile: • Top trained: You have completed training as a merchant / merchant for insurance and finance (or comparable) • Service genius: You have a passion for customer support and ideally bring first experiences in this area. • Communicative: You are a worded and can easily explain complex topics. • Tech-affin: You are sure to go around with the usual office applications and quickly learn new systems. • Flexible: You stay cool in stressful situations and keep an overview.
